Description

May 12 Sunday Arrive in Rome and transit to beautiful Tuscan Villa that you will share with Geoff and the band. Have a Italian chef prepared dinner and drinks with the band and some music afterwards.

May 13 Monday  Travel to Florence with Geoff and the band and choose the Uffizi gallery, the Leonardo interactive museum or one of the several other fascinating museums in Florence. You can choose to just shop and eat or climb to the top of Brunelleschi’s dome. You can go to Palazzo Vecchio or one of the several other stunning palaces in Florence. Return to our Villa in the evening

May 14 Tuesday Visit San Gimignano, a medieval hill town surrounded by 13 century walls. We will go to a wine tasting and check out the areas famous wines. We can walk the towns perimeter walls for all the beautiful views or shop in the village. There will be time for both. We will return to our villa  for a lovely chef cooked Italian meal and a night of singing with Geoff and the band.

May 15 Wednesday Travel to Pisa and get your picture taken with the leaning tower. Visit the the old town square and sip wine in the medieval village. Do some shopping for those fantastic Italian leather products. We will return for swimming, eating and singing in the evening.

May 16 Thursday Travel to Monteriggioni, a walled town known for its medieval fortifications and watchtowers. The castle walls offer views of the surrounding Chianti region. We can climb on the walls to see the surrounding countryside or you may choose to check out the ancient weapons museum or the 13th-century church of Santa Maria.  Early day so we have more time for our pool party and Geoff’s cocktail hour in the evening.

May 17 Friday  Visit Certaldo one of the most beautiful, perfectly preserved, medieval cities in Tuscany. Another day another incredible food and wine, art and history. Our last evening in our villa and our own chef prepared meals and our own private night of music!!

May 18 Saturday Drive back to Rome stopping in Montelpuciano for lunch and a walk around the city. Check into airport hotel in Rome and have last supper with the band.

May 19 Sunday Flights home.
